When does my order ship?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (business days only). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to activate after dispatch. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@soracares.com.

Received a damaged or missing item?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@soracares.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A photo of the packaging and product label

Please note

If you do not contact us within 48 hours of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Incorrect address or undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages after they have shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. Reshipment to a corrected address may require an additional shipping fee.

International orders

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

For orders shipped to EU countries, VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme (IOSS number: IM440005647) for orders under €150.

My order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@soracares.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
