How to use

Make sure your lips are clean and dry. Place the strip over your lips just before you go to sleep. In the morning, peel it off slowly from one side.

Before you use them

Do not use SORA Lip Strips if you have a blocked or congested nose, a cold, sleep apnea or any breathing condition, if you have been drinking alcohol or taken sleep medication, or if you feel any discomfort. Not for children. If you snore heavily or think you may have a sleep or breathing condition, talk to your doctor before using mouth strips. Remove the strip immediately if you feel any difficulty breathing or skin irritation.

How to use

Wash and dry your nose so it is free of oils and moisturiser. Peel off the backing and place the strip across the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of your nostrils. Press the ends gently so they stick. In the morning, peel it off slowly, ideally after washing your face with warm water.

Before you use them

Do not use on damaged, irritated or sunburnt skin. Not for children. Stop using if you notice redness or irritation. If you have ongoing difficulty breathing through your nose, snore heavily or think you may have a sleep or breathing condition, talk to your doctor.
