Nuzzle vs SORA Adjust: An Honest Comparison
Both pillows let you adjust the height. This is where that stops being the same thing, and where Nuzzle comes out ahead.

Disclosure: this page is published by SORA Cares, which makes and sells one of the two pillows compared here. It isn't an independent review. Nuzzle figures are taken from getnuzzle.com in September 2026, and the rows Nuzzle wins are left in.
Side by side, line by line
Two of these rows go to Nuzzle. Nuzzle figures taken from getnuzzle.com, September 2026.
Why the rows come out that way
“My arm goes numb every night”
SORA Adjust has three removable layers, so the loft comes down a step at a time. Lowering it gradually opens the space where an arm ends up trapped under the head. Nuzzle adjusts through three height levels, which helps, with two larger jumps between them.
Worth saying: Nuzzle doesn't talk about the numb arm anywhere on their site. They talk about neck, shoulder and headaches. That doesn't mean their pillow won't help with it. It means it wasn't designed around it.
“I don't know what height I need”
Same idea on both sides, finer steps on one. Adjust gives four settings from three layers; Nuzzle gives three from two. And when the height is wrong, it's the shoulder that carries the weight the pillow isn't holding.
“The pillow flattens during the night”
Memory foam holds its shape while there's weight pressing into it, so the loft stays where it was set through the night. Nanocoil fiber compresses under weight and springs back when the weight moves off, so it recovers between positions. Two different behaviours, not better and worse.
“I want to be sleeping on it this week”
SORA ships free across the US and states 2 business days. Nuzzle states 6 business days, with shipping charged at checkout.
