Which height should each of us use?
The lower side (8.9 cm) usually suits narrower shoulders or a softer mattress, the higher side (10.9 cm) broader shoulders or a firmer mattress. Each of you picks yours, and you can turn it over any night.

The CleanWeave cover unzips and goes in the washing machine. The memory foam core is not machine washable.
